This notice explains how ACO For Petroleum and Petrochemicals Services Co. (ACO Energies), Commercial Registration 65684, Othman Towers, Luxury Tower No. 2, Maadi, Cairo, Egypt, collects and uses personal data through acoenergies.com. ACO Energies is responsible for that data.

1. What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, message and any files you attach through our contact form, and your email address if you sign up to receive PMI or market updates. Technical information: if you accept cookies, basic usage data such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location. We do not request payment details or identity documents through this website.

2. How we use it

To reply to your enquiry; to assess and take forward a potential business relationship, including due diligence and KYC checks; to send PMI and market updates you have asked for; to protect the website against spam and misuse; and to understand and improve the website. We use your data on the basis of your consent, the steps needed before entering into a contract with you, our legitimate business interests, and our legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that host and operate our website and email (including GoDaddy and Microsoft), with Google for reCAPTCHA spam protection, with supply partners where needed to answer your enquiry and only with your agreement, and with authorities where the law requires it.

4. International transfers

Our service providers may store data outside Egypt. Where this happens, we use reputable providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and for the period required by law. Mailing list data is kept until you unsubscribe.
